Bus SOS · Your Breakdown Assistance Network
A driver kicks it off. Dispatch sees exactly where the bus is and which coaches or partners can help. Nearby operators are alerted. All from a phone, with no app to install and nothing to log into.
Every page here works without a login, including the links in the alerts.
Watch it happen start to finish.

Three levels of participation
You don't have to change anything about how you run today to take part. Each level adds on the one before it.
Drivers, dispatchers. No registration or account required.
No telematics needed. Free, and you can register in a few minutes.
Fleets on Samsara, Motive, Zonar, Saucon or Verizon. Free, like every level.

Questions
Nothing. Bus SOS is free at every level: the public yard map, a registered yard, and telematics-connected fleets.
Just minutes. Fill in the form and our team will review your registration and complete the process. Once enabled, you will receive a welcome email and your yards will be visible to partners.
No. The driver link and the tracking page open in the phone's browser (no login required). Also, drivers can raise an SOS with a plain text message or pin drop.
Only companies that have enabled nearby SOS alerts AND that have a yard or vehicle inside your radius. The dispatcher page shows the count of partners in the blast radius and the yards by name before you send.
Samsara, Motive, Zonar, Saucon and Verizon today. If you run something else, tell us during registration and we'll let you know what's possible. Level 2 works with any operation, no integration required.
