Support for Saucon & Zonar telematics providers
  • These platforms are now supported providers for most features.
Actuals package is no longer required

  • Shows history of VSM updates by date range.
New RTA integration

Vehicle Start/Finish Report
  • Shows planned vs actual start/finish times.
  • Supports calculated times that can be customized to meet your custom driver payroll rules.
Payroll Summary Report
  • Shows total HOS hours by date across a date range and all drivers.
  • Supports custom settings for min hours/day, middle day minimums.

Bus SOS package

New Unplanned Vehicle Activity Alert (aka Stolen Vehicle Alert)
  • Send a message if a vehicle is active without a planned booking.
  • Configure yards and a mile radius to ignore local expected activity.
New Vehicle Inactivity Alerts
  • Supports custom rules (duration, speed, ignition state) and filters (time windows, geofence, vehicle list/tags) to trigger alerts.
  • Detects fuel usage/emissions violations and driver unplanned breaks during time windows & geofences.
New Nightly Alert Report
  • Allows you to send nightly CSV reports filtered by alert type and message text.

  • Added a Manage Profile page to allow all users to set user fields & passwords.
  • Added support for bulk import of users via a CSV.
  • Added new fields: phone #, tags, job title, location (to support group messaging).
  • Added new roles: Garage, Dispatch, Wash Bay (limited access for Vehicle Status).

Package & pricing updates

  • We eliminated setup fees for all packages.
  • We now use simple monthly package-based pricing that includes all features.
  • Packages can be turned off & on at any time.
  • Monthly payments can be automated with our payment provider (Stripe).
  • We now offer a $1k referral credit.
